Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MATT & NAT products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original dust bag and packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
